A Very Late Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day! I apologize for not posting the recipe I promised. I have been so busy getting our house in order, doing trainings, caring for my daughter, and trying to take time to rest (extremely hard to do!). I hope everyone enjoyed their Valentines Day and may we not limit love for Feb 14, but give it every single day. By the way, we ordered take out (pineapple pepperoni pizza and extra cheese pizza with extra sauce). We ended our night with playing “The Last of Us” on the PS4 (we don’t have a PS5. We would be lucky to even buy a PS6).

I’m working on the website and working on new content. I felt that the domain didn’t fit my goals with the business. Plus, I haven’t baked in a couple of months and decided blogging at this time will be best and continuing to share recipes. I will be starting school in about 3 weeks and I’m trying to catch up with my to do list. As everyone can see, there’s been a lot going on in the world with train derailments and chemicals contaminating the air and water, homesteaders and farmers having issues with their chickens because they aren’t laying eggs, and etc. For one, people need to start gardening and buying a lot of canned foods that can last at least 2 years. There is too much going on at once and the media isn’t talking about it. I was one of the people who had issues with the chickens not laying eggs until I changed their food. Now we have a ton of eggs from our chickens and soon enough we plan to buy an incubator so we can grow our flock.

On my to do list, I have the site as priority because I have to add some recipes that are sitting in the back burner and there’s a lot I want to write about and it’s not limited to food, but also businesses that I went to recently that were awesome.

AH! We also celebrated my husband’s birthday on Feb 15. We had a wonderful dinner at the Liberty Park Grill in Clarksville, TN (food is free if it’s your birthday). These are some pictures I took of my husband and our daughter.

May you all have a beautiful and blessed evening.
